Moments of Weakness

Yes, I am here. Alive. Writing...just doing it all by hand. Tonight is the first time I think I have been outside on the actual computer in, oh, probably a couple of months. Or more. Wow. That sucks. But hey, that'd be life in the middle of nowhere VA. Hope everyone has been doing well and happy and all that good stuff! Long, long, year and I apologize profusely for not being around.

I need to update my giant fic list. I have actually finished some fics!! Have yet to post them of course...or type them up for that matter...but some are finished!! And of course there's these prompts I accepted and one has kinda gotten way the hell outta hand! LOL Parts are written...many of them have ideas jotted down...I have a ton of songs though and not at all certain I will be writing all of them or well, able to write that many because there's a ton. Seriously. Ton. :D But that's completely okay because I love each and every song and they all have parts that fit and somehow I have come up with an idea of how to make them all fit in together!! *beams*

Now, I suppose I should go back inside to finish sorting through the clothes and washing but I might just make it back outside tonight! Yay!! Shocking huh? Yup. Oh and I shall be drinking...and hopefully writing although I am not at all certain how well drinking will mix with the writing. Maybe I'll just drink and catch up instead of trying to write. :D

Well, another NaNoWriMo has come and gone. It was a crappy kind of month but I typed my heart out and ended up with a win! Blocked out the world that last day and somehow managed just over 22,000 words to pass 50,000! Yes, my back and hands and arms are still some kind of sore! And this story I actually like and might even continue working on it to someday do something with it! Cool huh? Cannot say that about most of my other ones!

Now I hope to get back to my giant fic list so I can keep finishing them! See how I threw in that positive thought there? :D

It was written after the ‘tidal wave’ episode and how Danny’s statement about how he didn’t want Steve’s face to be the last thing he saw. In my mind it bothered Steve which ended up bugging Danny so I fixed it! ~grins~ Oh, and their supper? It just happens to be what I was fixing for my own supper the night I wrote it! ~giggles~ Also, I really need to get in gear and have the proper episode names....

I don't think there's any real spoilers other than the first few episodes because I wrote it before the end of the season and kind of completely ignored the last few episodes! lol It's a year after Steve and Danny met so it's a year after Steve's dad dies and he's not handling it well at all. Danny wants to help, Steve rambles uncharacteristically to him and then feels the need to apologize...and then unapologize.

So, I didn't get to post anything this week. Matter of fact, this might be the first time I'm on the computer in days. An insane week with football, carting kids all over the place, committee meetings for our babe ruth 10 year old world series, helping my parents, and all of that with hubby of course away for work. *sigh* I'd love to say this week might be a little better but no, pretty sure it won't be because it's the home stretch for the world series and there's still things to do. I'm gonna try to get some writing done tonight because I am soooooo far behind.

And then, if I write, I can post more! :D Then, if I'm posting I can actually read all of the fics out there! Yeah, waaaaay behind with reading too. Maybe it'll all be better when the kids return to school...
